We live in Durbanville and wanted to visit our children who live near Nelspruit in Mpumalanga. Because of a previous positive experience with Cape Spirit and National Alarmo, it was an obvious choice when we wanted to rent a car for the purposes of our visit. However, before doing the final booking, we compared prices with that of other rental companies and then was convinced that we should go forward. Right through all the phases - booking, reception at OR Tambo Airport, travelling to our destination, contact with the office at the Nelspruit Airport and back to OR Tambo, the quality of the vehicle - the service was excellent and a pure pleasure. Again, our experience with the company was very positive and we shall recommend this service to all out friends who rent cars from time to time.

My experience with National Alamo rental agency could only be put in one word “wow”. The staff was pleasant and very friendly, and most important very professional. The car was neat and they (staff) checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We were impressed enough to forward the website to our friends and business partners who always complain about the service from other rental companies. Hiring a car from Cape Spirit - National Alamo was a wonderful experience. I expected a lot of hassles as I was hiring a car for the first time; to my surprise there were none. National Alamo is a professional company indeed. The manner in which my online booking was handled is excellent. When I arrived at their offices at the OR Tambo Airport I expected to spend about an hour, but I to my surprise, everything was processed speedily and I was driving the car in less than fifteen minutes. The car was clean and in a very good condition. I kept the car for 8 days but the amount I paid was very reasonable. The unlimited KM option is simply the best. I am a National Alamo client for life!
